What you write here stays here.

When you log a Pulse or a Deep, the words you write sit in a database we run. When you seal a decision, that seal is recorded. When you ask Clara to reflect on a decision, we send the decision text to the model that generates her response, and the response comes back to your room. Nothing else happens with those words.

We do not use what you write to train any AI model. We do not sell it, package it, share it with advertisers, or aggregate it into a signal we sell to anyone. It is not visible to friends, family, teachers, employers, or us in aggregate.

If you ever want your writing back, you can export everything as Markdown (Copy-as-Markdown lives on Insights). If you ever want it gone, delete your account from Settings — the room and everything in it goes with it, not just a soft-hide.

This is the covenant behind every surface in this app. Every design decision — no shame around missed days, no engagement metrics dressed as insights, no upsell layered on a moment of reflection — traces back to it. If we ever break it, we've broken the whole product.
