By using Clarity, you agree to these terms. They're written plainly. If anything's unclear, ask.
What Clarity is
Clarity is a reflection tool. You log decisions; Clara — an AI presence — reflects what you've shared back to you. Clarity is not a coach, not a therapist, not a decision advisor. It will never tell you what to do.
What Clarity is not
- Not medical or mental-health advice. If you're in distress or crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency line.
- Not financial, legal, or professional advice. Anything Clara reflects is not a recommendation.
- Not a substitute for human relationships, therapy, or sound judgment.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use Clarity.
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
- You agree not to use Clarity to harm others or yourself.
Your content
Your decisions, reviews, and voice notes are yours. We hold them only to deliver the service. We don't claim ownership, and we don't use them to train AI models.
Subscriptions
- Premium is billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings.
- If you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of your current billing period, then revert to Free.
- Refunds are at our discretion — email app@makingchangehappen.club if you have a concern.
Service availability
Clarity is provided "as is." We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. We may pause, modify, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If we shut down, you'll get advance warning and a chance to export your data.
Beta software
Clarity is in active development. Features may change. Things may occasionally break. We'll do our best to fix them quickly and to communicate openly when something goes wrong.
Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity and its operators are not liable for decisions you make based on your use of the app, for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use, or for any content Clara generates. You use Clarity with independent judgment.
Termination
You can close your account from Settings at any time. We may close accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to harm others.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
